Sacramento Coalition to End the War Statement of Purpose
The Sacramento Coalition to End the War is made up of groups and individuals who have come together to work to end the U.S. war on and occupation of Iraq now, including ending any and all funding except to bring all U.S. troops home safely, expediently, and completely. We oppose any ongoing U.S. military presence in Iraq including troops and bases and the redeployment of U.S. troops elsewhere in the region. We agree that the U.S. has an obligation to pay for the damage it has done to Iraq and to fully care for returning U.S. veterans. (5-15-07)
